In the event that any violation of privacy does occur, you agree to indemnify the CircleofSteel.com, it's ownership and management, from any claims of liability, so long as every effort is made to remove the violation from public review.

The Circle of Steel site is a non-profit community site which has as one of it’s primary purposes, to educate and share knowledge about Gor, the Gorean philosophy and the Gorean Lifestyle. As such, it is a repository for numerous scholarly works and references for the above purpose.

To this end, it is necessary to understand the Circle of Steel’s policies on Copyright, Fair Use, and Attribution.

Copyrighted material may only be used in terms of Fair Use (in general, about 10% or less of a submission) and should display complete Attribution (original title, author, source, license, and your modification).

Responding here means that you agree to extend full permission to other writers to quote your work, on this site, in part, or in whole (within the margins of good taste) if they choose to respond to your words.

Any re-posting of the works of another author, artist, or other creator, requires that other person's permission, or that they have marked their material as being available for re-distribution for non-commercial purposes.

All works on the Circle of Steel belong to their respective creators. Those creators who posted their works on the Circle of Steel have, by that act, granted the Circle of Steel the irrevocable right to display them on the Circle of Steel website, at the discretion of the Circle of Steel management.
If anyone wishes to share or re-display the works by the following creators, they may do so under the following conditions;
1) Full attribution is maintained - The shared work shows the copyright and name of the creator
2) The work is unmodified - The shared work is whole and complete (formatting may be changed), you can't re-write the words of the creator as make them appear to be different or your own
3) Link-back - Somewhere on that new page, there is a link back to the original document on the Circle of Steel
4) Non-Commercial - You're not allowed to charge a fee for access to the creation
